Quantity Surveyor Staff

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare detailed Bill of Quantity (BoQ).
• Estimate overall project cost estimation based on prepared BoQ.
• Prepare tender documents and conduct tender process within certain timeline.
• Prepare tender report, letter of award, and contract documents.
• Coordinate with procurement department for any SBO (Supply by Owner) items.
• Coordinate with project team and contractor / vendor on cost affecting changes and adjustment.
• Keep track of contractor’s progress and conduct quantity checklist on site.
• Prepare project final report.
• Collect historical cost data to estimate cost for upcoming projects.

Qualification :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any Civil Engineering / Architecture.
• At least 2 years of working experience as Quantity Surveyor in Property Developer / Contractor.
• Have exposures on Residential and Commercial project.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Ms.Office.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent in communication and teamwork.
• Willing to be placed at Tabanan, Bali.
