Senior Staff Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Able to create database for every project
• Calculate the volume / quantity from design drawing
• Coordinate with third parties (contractor and consultant)
• Able to provide BQ of Structure, Architecture
• Updated with project material price
• Able to review Variation OrderAble to review Progress Valuation (Site Inspection)
• Familiar with QS project administration procedure
• Capable to source qualified price for material project
• Capable to create Minutes of Meeting

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from Civil
• Minimum 10 (ten) years experience as Quantity Surveyor of similar position
• Having experience worked in QS Consultant is preferable
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Agile, detail oriented and good personality
• Diligent, high initiative, and able to work under pressure
• Willing to work in Denpasar, Bali.
