Job Description
- Responsible for innovating, improvising, and banking products either as a new product and/or a derivative of existing products
- R&D support to develop product concepts including but not limited to evaluating existing and new products
- Carrying out Costing for products that are being developed
- Prepare food test (Sample, R&D, Big Batch R&D, Sensory, etc)
- Provide a review of the recipe and method of serving
- Collaborate with creative teams to better promote our product
Job Requirement
- Minimum bachelor's degree preferably from Culinary/Hospitality/Hotel.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as Sous Chef or equivalent.
- Adept communication and interpersonal skill
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Keep up with cooking trend
- Excellent attention to details with creative and innovative mind
- Familiarity with Ms. Office
