Uraian Tugas

Being Receptionist in our Company has a responsibilities to Stand By at work hours and handling:

  1. Phone calls from outside parties, packages, documents, and guest(s)
  2. Arranging Meeting Room's Schedule
  3. Receiving packages and/or documents from outside parties to the PIC who in charge
  4. Being Admin in Daily Tasks, especially at documents drafting
Therefore, requirements for this position are:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field (Fresh graduated welcome to apply) 
  • Willing to work as receptionist cum admin 
  • Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Persyaratan minimum:

    • Rabu: Pagi, Siang
    • Kamis: Pagi, Siang
