Responsibilities
• Welcome guests/visitors with appropriate greetings• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office• Manage incoming telephone calls• Filter and forward calls to designated personnel or department• Maintain the general filing system• File all correspondence for assigned function/department• Manage meeting rooms schedule and booking arrangements• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mails, couriers, and business-related documents• Perform bookkeeping and coordinating driver arrangement• Support Finance and Administrative with availability of materials
Requirements
• Minimum a Diploma or Bachelor in any fields• Minimum two years of experience in similar role• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written• Computer literacy (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Outlook)• Demonstrate refined communication skills and hospitality• Demonstrate advanced problem solving and management skills• Attention to details• Ability to adapt and handle multiple tasks simultaneously• Quick thinking and problem solving skills• Ready to be placed in South Jakarta
