• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies
• Writing and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms
• Screening applications and selecting candidates
• Conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations
• Facilitating onboarding of new employees
• Networking with potential hires through professional networking sites and events

Profile

A successful Recruitment Officer should have:
* Proficiency in recruitment software and database
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Experience in the not-for-profit sector would be advantageous
