- Responsible for recruitment process and achieving target based on customer request
- Sourcing qualified IT background candidates for open position
- Attend career and college fairs or similar events
- Building and maintaining database of contacts and resumes
- Up to date with trends and innovative recruiting techniques and best practices in HR
- Experience minimum 2 years as Recruiter
- Recruiter with background IT industry area is preferable
- Graduated from Psychology, Human Resources Management is preferable
- Have an experience working in IT company or IT area is preferable
- Depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting
- Creative thinker, good communication, adaptable and sociable
- Hands on with job posting on social media and job portal
