Job Description :
- Handling End-end Recruitment Process
- Carrying out the end to end recruitment process (Starting from application screening, psychological testing & scoring, conducting HR and User interviews)
- Create job vacancy flyers/posters
- Posting job vacancy advertisements on job portal platforms and also social media
- Recap all complete administrative files (starting from psychological test files to employment contracts)
- Summarize the results of psychological tests and interviews
- Updated reporting related to the ongoing recruitment process
Requirement :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree Psychology/Management
- Experienced as an HR Recruitment or HR Development
- Tough, highly driven, fast learner, and dynamic
- Able to conduct interviews well
- Well-groomed, good communication and administration skills
- Strong analytical, detailed, and good follow-up
- Can join immediately
