Recruitment Specialist

Requirements : 

-Bachelor Degree of Psychology, Management or a related major 
-Have minimum 2 years experience in Recruitment Roles 
-Able to work individual and work as a team 
-Strong skill : Excel and communication
-Target Oriented is a must
-Willing to work and stay in Karawang, West Java 

Responsible to conduct End-to-end recruitment process from:
- Sourcing
- Interview
- Salary Negotiation
- Medical Checkup arrangement
- Onboarding
- Candidate Delivery
- Contract Extension
- Mass Hiring
For various Departments and Division and various positions ranging from Operator level to Expert, Senior Expert level covering from Operation-Production Team and Project Expansion Team.
