- Analyze Manpower Needs based on Manpower Planning
- Perform recruitment process (end-to-end) such as create job advertisement, shortlisting potential candidates, invite candidates, giving psychological assesment and interviewing candidates
- Making report about psychological test and interview result
- Conducting job fair and campus hiring events
Qualification
- Maximum 30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Management
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Having deep knowledge in sourcing strategy for any position level is a MUST
- Good communication, multitasking and active
- Placement in Jakarta Barat
