Regional Operation Manager

Regional Operation Manager responsibilities:

 Achieving business goals and revenue targets.

 Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting

performance objectives.

 Recruiting, training, supporting subordinate managers, and conducting

regular performance reviews.

 Implementing headquarters’ business, marketing, and advertising plans

and developing local community relationships.

 Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-

effective.

 Ensuring products and services comply with company regulatory and

quality standards.

 Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed. Initiate

local SOP if it’s necessary.

 Prepared and presented monthly, quarterly, and annual statements,

analyses, and reports of operations and finances.

 Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal

actions.

Regional Manager Requirements:

 A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a

similar field is preferred.

 7+ years of sales, management, and leadership experience.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia

and English are a must.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, understanding CRM and supply chain

management and project management tools.

 Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.

 Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
