Responsibilities:
Manage team and subordinates, monitor and achieve sales in growth and profit.
Analyze sales trend and market demand, which is retail/corporate market, products or segmentations.
Review branch territory and competitor in surrounding area to create strategic and action plan to be the market leader.
Implement the action plan into achieving sales target, profit and cost control realization monthly and annually.
Maintain good relations with all customers in all business segments.
Respond accordingly to effectively handle complaints and offer good solutions to maintain client's satisfaction.
Requirements:
Preferably having Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Good in communication, negotiation and presentation skill, while having strong analytical and organization capabilities.
Good understanding to handle daily branch operation and finding a potential corporate to be our corporate customers.
Preferably having at least 3 years experience in Tour & Travel industries (both Operation and Sales sides) in the middle management level
Holding ABACUS/GALILEO/AMADEUS airlines booking system certificate will be an advantage.
Fluently speak Hokien
Willing to work in shopping mall environment and to be placed in Medan.
