Uraian Tugas

Responsibilities :

  • Achieving Regional Sales Target.
  • Building a distribution network in a predetermined area
  • Identify business opportunities and create promotional activities to increase sales
  • Evaluate the performance of all sales channels periodically
  • Managing Regional Teams and working closely with Distributor Teams, consultants, contractors. 
  • Responsible for market share and promotional activities in the region 
  • Mastering market share and area characteristics, as well as recruiting and establishing good relationships with all third parties related to the 

Qualifications :

  • Minimum Degree – Any Major
  • Experiences in Managing Regional/ Multi Area Sales.
  • Have good negotiation, presentation and analysis skills
  • Able to lead and work together in a team   
  • Mastering distribution patterns throughout Indonesia
  • Have target driven personality.

Working Location/ Home Base : Kalimantan (Balikpapan/ Samarinda, Pontianak/Palangkaraya), Java (Surabaya, Semarang, Bandung)
