Responsibilities
- Attend meetings with potential customers to determine technical and business requirement.
- Provide technical advice/recommendations, technical presentations, and demonstrations for customers.
- Provide and find answers to customers questions on technical aspects of the products and solutions.
- Provide post-sales technical support for customer if needed.
- Coordinates closely with sales team to develop sales opportunities.
- Provide technical training for customers.
- Conduct product testing for competitor analysis.
- Proficient in conversational English is a MUST.
- Min. education in Diploma degree (vocational degree open to apply).
- Have experience as computerized hardware/telecommunication/electronic hardware/gadget presales at least 1 year of experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Possess an in-depth comprehension and extensive knowledge of the products.
- Adept at coordinating with sales teams, understanding their requirements, and aligning technical solutions accordingly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt training content based on audience feedback.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to empathize with customer needs and assist in technical support accordingly.
- Have a knowledge of Mandarin language is a PLUS.
