Regulatory Officer

The Regulatory Officer is responsible to carry out all regulatory actions to obtain and maintain license/registrations to commercialize products, within the set deadlines and in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage import and export product registration processes
• Assist in the process of collecting and compiling product registration documents in accordance with regulations from each relevant Ministry
• Assist in the evaluation of product scientific data provided from manufacturers prior to preparation of registration documents
• Assist in the process of testing samples (internally and externally) to ensure product quality meets standards
• Responsible for documenting Product Information before distribution.
• Monitor supply data from each manufacturer in accordance with registration regulations
• Conduct all actions as per ADM Policies and in compliance with legal, regulatory and ethical requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from Animal husbandry (for experienced candidate) or Veterinarian Study (for fresh graduate canddiate)  
• Minimum have 1-2 years of professional experiences from pharmaceutical company. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.  
• Willing to be hire for definite period, 6-12 months
• Have good understanding of regulations related to Animal Nutrition product registration process  
• Have good ability to compile product registration documents
• Have good Analytical and strategic thinking skills especially about scientific data
• Have excellent communication & presentation skills both in English & Bahasa 
• High sense of responsibility and can work independently and in an organized way.
• Organized, team-oriented and with positive attitude
