Responsibility :
Analyze Manpower Needs based on Manpower Planning
Responsible recruitment process (end-to-end) such as create job advertisement, shortlisting potential candidates, invite candidates, giving psychological assesment and interviewing candidates
Making report about recruitment and interview result
Meet manpower needs within specified deadlines.
Manage social media and job portals to enhance the company's employer branding.
Familiar with backup team and manpower planning
Proficient in administrative skills (Ms. Office, Google Workspace, etc)
Qualification :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Have knowledge and able to use various psychological test tools
Having deep knowledge in sourcing strategy for any position level is a MUST
Good communication, multitasking and active
Discipline and focus to the target of fulfilling the employee in any position
