Reliability Engineer

Job summary
The Reliability Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems.They are also responsible for managing asset reliability risks and conducting life cycle asset management.This role involves developing maintenance plans, managing work orders, and maintaining records to ensure accurate equipment histories.

Responsibilities
• Develop Maintenance Master Plan based on maintenance strategy, including timeline, job steps, parts, tools, and labor resources.• Schedule technicians' work and coordinate with affected departments.• Process incoming work order requests and review for proper information and approval.• Conduct maintenance scheduling meetings to communicate priorities and coordinate equipment access.• Requisition repair parts, tools, equipment, and contractors as needed for job completion and backlog management.• Manage work order backlog and review status, priority, and type.• Maintain maintenance records for future analysis.• Generate reports and KPIs as needed.• Ensure site compliance with local, national, and group codes and regulations.• Control resource expenditure and manage site contractors.
Requirements
• Possession of a degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.• More than 5 years of experience in maintenance manufacturing and the process industry, preferably from flavor house companies.• Experience in developing maintenance planning and scheduling.• Experience in SAP system is preferred.
