Job Description:
- Develop new recipe from lab scale to commercial upscale and relevant testing, complete with protocol and proper documentation.
- Do feasibility study for ideation stage to understand the risk, the requirements, and projection of the new products will performed.
- Optimizing recipe to win vs benchmark in taste profile evaluation, and also meet % COGS target by calculate them properly.
- Develop process parameter and process flow for new process and together with OPS and Quality to find proper equipments/machines.
- Conduct regular observation review of process performance related to quality and cost, followed with a comprehensive report and action plan.
Requirements:
- Background from minimum bachelor degree Food Technology/relevant major
- Working experiences in R&D food/beverage/FMCG minimum 1 year
- High agility in fast phase environment
- Resilient and creative
- Understanding about Halal assurance system, FSSC 22000, BPOM regulation, NPD stage and gate
