We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Staff Credit Support (VIP Line).
Responsibilities :
- Managing admin and filing task system maintenance in day to day credit applications processing to ensure smooth applications approval within target TAT
- Managing credit application inventory
- Managing and controlling applications to be ready for a decision at credit analyst stage within service level Agreement within credit analyst and overall credit processing time
- Maintain quality and effectiveness of credit and document application archiving
- Manage original applications for storage and retrieval original application to support business growth
- Closely monitor, check and follow up applications that pending due to incomplete or error in other unit
