We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Staff Credit Control Services Operations SupportCall Back Quality Assurance .
Responsibilities :
- The role of Callback is to help the Collection team to verify collector behavior and compliance according to procedures.
- If there is a Field Collection, the Quality AssuranceCall Back role is still needed as one of the controls on Visit Behavior and Field Payment Assistant Visit Compliance Collections.
- Apart from that, QA Call Back also received compliment as well as feedback for improvement from customers regarding Collection process carried out by HSBC field collectors.
- So, it is very important to know early about the risks to the Bank's reputation, through this QA Call Back process
