Responsibilities :
- Research and analyze optimal product formulations and manufacturing processes
- Manage research and product development activities
- Making formulation to production scale for new and existing products
- Plan and monitor new product launch and development schedules
- Responsible for sourcing new materials for new developments and alternatives for effective cost saving projects
- Responsible for R&D documentation and administration
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology
- Minimum 1 year experience in the food manufacturing (preferably wafer & biscuit product)
- Have experience in product testing and process improvement
- Understand COGS calculations
- Good knowledge of HACCP and GMP
- Have good communication and initiative
- Willing to be placed in Ciracas - Jakarta Timur
