Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the scoping of research and accountable for research works and roadmap for their Tribe
• Defines research prioritization within the Tribe they are managing
• Own research initiatives related to product evolution
• Own initiatives related to research function evolution
• Manage relationships with the stakeholders and be a strong evangelist for users’ voice
• Help mentoring and coaching team members

Requirements:

• Mixed method researchers with at least 5 years of experience in UX Research with experience in managing/mentoring other researchers
• Able to create a research roadmap strategy to help shape the product roadmap
• Able to design, execute, and analyze the research project from start to finish independently with minimum supervision
• Able to communicate the research findings to relevant stakeholders and be the advocate of users' voices to ensure customer centricity within the company
• Proven track record of translating users' insights into product or design strategy
• Has an experience in B2B space is preferable
