What You Will Do
- Understand problems reported to stakeholders or knowledge gaps in their understanding of our merchants
- Assist your manager/lead by grooming research requests by asking questions that help uncover the scope and complexity
- Collaboratively creating and socializing the research plan with all the related stakeholders
- Build discussion guides for generative interviews and evaluative interviews with participants. Such as in-depth interviews, concept tests, focus group discussions, usability tests
- Organize effective data collection by collaborating with partners and vendors in the field
- Conduct and participate in data analysis and synthesis sessions with peers
- Build research reports to convey findings
- Present the research report to stakeholders
- Keep the research repository and insights banks updated for our relevant topics
What You Will Need
- At least 2 years of experience or more in any field of Research, knowledge in Market research, Brand Research, and User Experience (UX) Research is a plus
- Experience in hybrid research methods with experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods (more exposure in qualitative projects is preferable, but quant exposure is welcome)
- Project management skills in designing, executing, and delivering research independently from start to finish
- Understanding the various functions that enable tech companies to be more successful
- Comfortable with the culture that empowers autonomy and fluency in navigating uncertainty
- Good communication, storytelling, and influencing skills to work with different levels of stakeholders and users in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Empathy to connect with stakeholders and users with various backgrounds and openness to learning from and sharing your skill set with others
- Exposure to payment gateways, e-commerce, point-of-sales products, and industries related to merchant products is a big plus.
