Reservation & Marketing Assistant needed for villa management company, located in Badung, Bali :
Tasks:
- Assist manager with OTA’s platforms and listings
- Reply to guests inquiries (mail, message, ota)
- Follow up by call (create SOP)
- Organise & develop partnerships with rental agencies and independent agents
- Assist monthly ads on Facebook marketplace
- Develop new channels of sales locally
- Work on some admin job during more quiet times
Skills needed:
- Excellent people and problem-solving skills
- Very good communication skills both written and verbal, in Bahasa and English
- Ability to offer exceptional customer service
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Confident & independent
- Computer skills
Experience:
- At least 3 years in similar position
- Must be really knowledgeable with OTA’s (airbnb, booking.com, agoda and vrbo mostly)
- Must have a knowledge of Bali holiday market
Conditions:
- 40h / week, flexible hours
- Must live in Bali (office in Kerobokan, Kuta Utara)
- Some day and some afternoon shifts
- Some shifts can be worked from home if setup in place
- Must be able to work some weekends as well
- Immediate start
