Responsibilities:
- Answering emails.
- Answering phone calls:
- Update calendars availability.
- Contacting upcoming guest.
- Arranging transportation and special requests of the guest.
- Maintain good work cooperation with the other related departments.
- Charging Credit card payments, chasing balance due from the agent.
Specific Job Knowledge
- Familiar with online travel agents.
- Excellent English knowledge both in writing and speaking.
- Typing skills.
- Able to work in a team.
