Responsibilities- Strategic Sales Development: Collaborate closely with the Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) of Sales and Marketing to formulate and implement a robust sales strategy. Aim to consistently meet or exceed the set sales targets for AYANA Residence.
- Budget and Sales Targets: Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and manage the expense proposals. Establish and monitor quarterly and annual sales targets, ensuring alignment with the company's financial objectives.
- Client Management: Take charge of the entire sales cycle for AYANA Residence, from initial client engagement to deal closure, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction throughout the process.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role; familiarity with the Bali residential market is beneficial.
- Diploma or higher educational qualification.
- Proficient in both English and Indonesian.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in new environments.
