Resort Assistant Manager

Things you'll do:

• Ensure the process of Bobobox Cabin’s transitional stage from ‘Site Construction/Preparation’ into ‘Site Live’ at the appointed area
• Continuously improve business operations to ensure efficient operation on a day-to-day basis
• Assist the Resort Manager in developing the product and service strategy
• Support in setting target product and service levels
• Manage the performance and development of the cabin operation team
• Monitor cabin operations team’s KPI
• Assist the Resort Manager in developing new initiatives to increase productivity, gain efficiencies, decrease customer friction, and enhance Bobobox Cabin’s NPS along with the CRM team
• Partnering with the tech team to develop and integrate new technologies to improve all stages’ efficiency and customer experience in Bobobox Cabin
• Develop training programs to improve the quality of service, and process improvements to deliver strong results

You'll fit in this job if you:

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality
• Minimum 2  years of experience with extensive exposure to city/branch operations with exposure to services management, and stakeholders management
• Fluent in English
• Familiar with PMS, POS systems, Google Suites, and Microsoft Office
• Very fluent in numbers, excellent in analyzing data, and using analytics to make decisions
• Familiar with Setting up and Maintaining KPIs
• Familiar with SOP and Policies development
• Experienced in coaching & training delivery
• Willing to be placed in Malang, East Java and travel around Central & East Java area
