Position Overview: As the General Manager of our new five-star luxury resort on Gili Trawangan, Lombok, you will play a key role in shaping the guest experience and driving operational excellence. We are seeking an experienced, luxury, hospitality leader with a proven record in international 5-star resort management. This role requires extensive International and 5-star luxury resort management experience and a strong rooms background.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Operational Management:
- Oversee all aspects of resort operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient day-to-day functioning.
- Lead and inspire a diverse team to deliver exceptional service and achieve operational excellence.
Guest Experience and Satisfaction:
- Champion a guest-centric culture, consistently exceeding guest expectations and fostering a reputation for excellence.
- Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty, driving positive reviews and repeat business.
Financial Performance and Revenue Management:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize revenue generation and profitability.
- Monitor financial performance metrics, implement cost-control measures, and optimize revenue streams.
Team Development and Talent Management:
