Retail Manager (General Trade ) – Product Import
- Drive Top Line Sales & KPI Metrics for her/his area.
- Operational Cost Efficiency (Utilities, Overtime, Administrative).
- Accountable for Inventory in bound and out bound of stores and maintain Inventory accuracy VS System.
- To be accountable for stores to deliver Best Customers Experience.
- To deliver and execute Training and Coachings regulary to improve and develop talents/potentials.
- Managing and maintaining a positive working relationship with the brand principal.
- To uphold and improve staff morale leading to a positive and dynamic working attitude and environment.
- Together with Operation Manager closely involved in recruiting & supervise HC fulfillments.
- Collaborating closely with all Team & Department .
- To be able to provide data of market, events, market behavior analysis in his/her area.
- To be accountable for inventory fulfillment by communicating closely with merchandising.
- To make sure day to day operations tasks are executed regularly and consistently.
- Responsible all flow of working and process in ops are executed based on guideline and well communicated in his/her area.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in any field.
- A minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a similar role in Retail (General Trade – Product Import ).
- Familiar with KPI Metrics.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proven track record of building out successful teams with multiple stores/brand.
- Self-starter, problem solving, and strong attention to details.
- Excellent team player.
- Strong in Interpersonal and presentation skills.
