Job Title: Store Supervisor/Assistant Manager
Job Overview:

As a Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store by managing various aspects including hiring, staff scheduling, inventory management, store inspections, and customer inquiries. Responsibilities:
1. Managing Hiring and Staff Scheduling:
- Oversee the recruitment and hiring process for store staff.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing development for existing staff.
2. Daily Staff Queries Point of Contact:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries and concerns.
- Address and resolve staff issues promptly and effectively.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment for all team members.
3. Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts.
- Coordinate restocking activities and communicate with the brand regarding inventory needs.
- Input inventory data into the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and timely.
4. Store Inspections & Visits:
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with management to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
5. Customer Inquiries Online:
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback received through online channels (Instagram, GMB, etc)
- Provide assistance and information to customers regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a Retail Supervisory role preferred.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills (English is a Must)
3. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
4. Proficiency in inventory management software and POS systems.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Persyaratan minimum:- Tersedia jam fleksibel
- Diperlukan 1 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
- Pelamar harus memiliki KTP

- Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp6,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per bulan
