Position Overview :
We are seeking a Revenue Channel Manager to lead our sales efforts at PT. Face Architect Method. This role involves overseeing the sales process, managing a team, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of consultants to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build strong relationships with clients and resolve any issues promptly.
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience in cosmetology or healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
