• Reporting to Head of Operational Risk this position is responsible for the implementation of the Sun Life's Global Risk programs into the Indonesia business unit and roll out local operating guidelines within the parameters, prepare risk based measurement and reporting metrics

• Excellent Written and Presentation Skills in English
• Internal Control / Processes
• Insurance knowledge
• Operational Risk Management in insurance, third party Risk Management, IT Risk Management

Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)

• Qualified Enterprise Risk Management / Auditor / Accountant / Actuary /or equivalent
• Working knowledge of insurance and asset management products and operations
• Ability to manage effective working and communication relationship with business group executive team.

Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)

• Establish and roll out local operating guidelines within the parameters
• Prepare risk-based measurement and reporting metrics, including risk limits exception
• Facilitate the annual "Key Risk Identification Process". Provide quarterly status updates on Key Risks to business group risk officer, and continuously communicate emerging risk issues and potential and actual breaches of Risk Management policies to the Business Group Risk Officer
• Monitor to ensure that all identified gaps in management's Risk Management process are resolved on a timely basis
