Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SME, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns proactively.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of SME accounts, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling of banking products and services.
- Analyze financial statements, assess credit risk, and develop strategies to optimize the performance of the portfolio.
- Identify new business opportunities within the SME sector.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that meet clients' evolving financial requirements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies in all client interactions.
- Collaborate with risk management teams to assess and mitigate potential risks associated with the corporate client portfolio.
