Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Maintain financial records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process, including gathering relevant data, preparing budget models, and analyzing variances.
- Update and maintain rolling forecasts to reflect changes in business conditions and Performance expectations.
- Provide support to department heads in managing their budgets and achieving financial targets
As an Accounting, Strategy, and Performance Staff member, you will be an integral part of our finance and strategy team, contributing to the development and implementation of financial strategies, performance analysis, and accounting functions. With at least 2 years of relevant experience, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, strategic planning, and Performance optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented, with a high degree of accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software applications is a plus.
