Purchasing Staff

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand export and import procedure.
• Scheduling and reviewing the process for all incoming Purchase Request into details.
• Issue PO and make sure all ready and finalize.
• Actively communicate with all Suppliers 
• Prepare report/ schedule related to suppliers. 
• Assist the Purchasing department in any reports (Suppliers performance, Internal & External Audit, etc….)
• Other tasks given by the Supervisor…

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably Economy or Industrial Engineering
• 3-5 years’ experience in PMA environment 
• Having PPJK certificate is an advantage.
• Good at excel spreadsheet & its formula. 
• Good at number and pay attention to details.
• Good at negotiation and communication skills
• English Proficiency is a must.
• Good attitude and honest
• Able to work under pressure. 
• Will be based in GRESIK
