1. Provide general assistance and support to the Safety Manager
2. Assist the safety officer and Safety Manager in monitoring Occupational Safety and Health activities.
3. Assist the safety officer and Safety Manager in fire safety management activities throughout the building.
4. Assist in occupational safety and health audits and prepare audit reports and follow-ups.
5. Maintain a close relationship with the Facility team to manage issues related to safety equipment, fire prevention equipment, and non-compliance safety audits.
6. Provide support to the P2K3 Team in general.
7. Assist and support occupational safety and health training activities.
8. Assist in identifying hazards in the workplace and monitor compliance with work safety.
9. Review emergency exits, fire extinguishing equipment and safety signs.
10. Supervise or be directly involved in measuring safety performance in their respective control areas and report the results regularly to the Safety Manager.
11. Monitor and assist 5S activities
