Sales Acquisition

Job Descriptions:

• Identify and prospect potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media.
• Conduct research to understand customer needs, pain points, and buying behaviors.
• Engage with leads to educate them about our products/services and demonstrate how they can address their needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions and proposals for prospective clients.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Track and analyze sales metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in all major (tourism would be preferred).
• Minimum 3 years in related field.
• Proven track record of success in Sales Acquisition or business development roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Adaptability and resilience to overcome objections and challenges in the sales process.
• Drive and motivation to meet and exceed sales targets.
