- Assist the sales team in secretarial and administrative support
- Compile all database daily by sales-person, and keeps profile and record on former, existing and potential clients
- Ensure all correspondences are effectively copied to all relevant departments and traces dates effectively followed up
- Handle telephone calls to take messages, new enquiries, check room availability and take minutes of sales meeting
- Be accountable for all targets and goals set for area of responsibility
Work Experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Proficient in MS Office
- Detail-oriented and highly reliable in thorough execution and follow-through
- Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
- A team player & builder
- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
