I. Purpose
Sales Admin supports sales productivity by providing renewal cost computation to the Account Managers. Sales AdminCollaborates with sales, technical support and internal resources, principals, and distributors to ensure renewal proposal will accurately address customer needs.
II. Duties and Responsibilities
- Work on deals assigned to the sales team supported which includes TOR and RFPs completion
- Proactively provide unsolicited renewal computation for expiring contracts
- Ensure completion and accuracy of renewal computation submitted to AM updates.
- Closely coordinate with AM for deal updates.
- Properly turn-over closed deal to ensure service deliverables will be executed in a timely manner
