Requirements:

- Having experience in handling administration and Sales Admin
- Familiar with CRM & WMS system is mandatory
- Having advance skill in Ms. Excel is mandatory (vlookup, hlookup, pivot table)
- Hard worker, honest and able to work independently as well as in team.

Job descriptions:
- Verifying new customer data, Checking customer data & Updating customer data
- Collecting, controlling and managing all data After sales.
- Supporting After sales team.
- Make sales report activity (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Create a service report, All administration related to technicians (reimbursement of operational costs, overtime reports, kilometers & standard grooming)
- Responsible for generating product serial numbers
