Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders, invoices, and other related documents accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
- Coordinate with sales representatives and other departments to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Prepare sales reports and analysis to track performance and identify trends.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Any Major.
- Proven experience in Sales Administration or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to speak English
