- Control process orders into a system.
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoice.
- Maintain good communication to customers to fixes the issues from them.
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely delivery.
- Stay up to date with the new products.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Compiling sales report.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum S1 graduate with Sales Administration work background or a similar role.
- At least 3 years of working experience supervising Sales Administration. Experience in Paint and Coating Industry is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of customer service best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal skill.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative record keeping.
- Have a strong orientation for detail in order to accurately maintain a database of customer information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proven ability to build networking skill.
