Generating Sales Leads for Private Events

1. Utilise existing (and new) network to convert private event leads into sales

Managing Group Bookings and Special Events Operations

1. Ensure excellence in event delivery from administration to inspection to operational flow

2. Arrange all details pertaining to group bookings and special event operations

3. Liaise with client, vendors and operations team during event planning

Managing Sales and Event Budgets

1. Meet sales targets

2. Manage all event budgets

3. Liaise with marketing and guest relations office to ensure prompt communication

Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service

1. Go above and beyond the standard to deliver hospitality excellence

2. Respond to guest feedback to improve standards and resolve issues

Job Qualification

1. Established client list

2. 1-3 years experience as an event coordinator, including client, vendor and budget management (degree preferred, but not essential.

3. Customer service driven, with strong communication and organisational skills
