Group Sales and Event Supervisor

Our client is a premier dessert in Ubud destination known for crafting exquisite sweet creations and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

•Proactively dedicated to achieve monthly revenue targets

•Oversee the planning and execution of group bookings and Events

•Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences

•Create event proposals and packages

•Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth event operations

•Supervise event staff and ensure high-quality service delivery

•Manage event budgets and track expenses

•Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the guest experience and drive sales

Requirements:

•Minimum 2 years of experience in event or F&B sales

•Strong communication and negotiation skills

•Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

•Attention to detail and a creative mindset

•Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

•Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

•Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
