Uraian Tugas

HATCH ULUWATU IS AN EXTRAORDINARY COLORFUL, MULTIFACETED TROPICAL PARADISE ON THE SOUTHERN COAST OF BALI, WE ARE LOCATED ON LABUANSAIT STREET NO.54, PECATU, BADUNG. PRESENT WE ARE OPEN VACANCY FOR:

Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to bring guests to our bar and resto for special events such as meetings, birthday parties, wedding parties, student parties, and other occasions.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with event planners, corporate clients, wedding planners, schools, and other potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  3. Collaborate with the events team and other relevant departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events, including booking, planning, and logistics.
  4. Create customized proposals and packages tailored to the specific requirements of each event, ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction among potential clients.
  5. Implement strategies to promote our bar and resto as a premier venue for events, utilizing both online and offline channels such as social media, email marketing, partnerships, and local outreach.
  6. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.
  7. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues effectively, and maintaining positive relationships with clients before, during, and after events.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry or related field. Experience in event sales is a plus.
  2. Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele and industry contacts.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian. Additional languages are a plus.
  4. Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships with clients.
  5. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative sales strategies and promotional ideas to attract clients and drive revenue.
  6. Familiarity with the local market, particularly in Badung, Uluwatu, Bali, including knowledge of key industry players, venues, and event trends.
