Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies, track sales performance, and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
• Coordinate and promote special events, promotions, and seasonal menus to attract new and repeat customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, and partners to generate new business and repeat bookings.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for restaurant growth.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
• Run social media channels to enhance audience engagement

Qualifications:

• Proven 3 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
