About The Company:
- The working venue is in Cikarang.
- Our client is a Japanese Manufacturingcompany. Currently, they are looking for Sales and Marketing Admin Staff.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the commercial management team, ensuring all process are implement effectively and standard of performance attained.
- Maintain PO from customers and check the updated price, and input to ERP system.
- Create delivery orders and Invoice with ERP system and customers portal systems.
- Input sales order in company portal for the report to head office.
- Other related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- D3 or S1 graduate with relevant business qualification.
- Good command of English + Japanese min. N-4 level will be advantageous.
- Having min. 2 years work experiences as admin sales & marketing.
- Familiar using ERP system & customer portal system.
- Strong communication skill, both verbal and written.
- Familiar with computers (Microsoft Office).
