Sales Consultant (Aesthetic)

Responsibilities :

• Promote and sell aesthetic services and products to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and strategies.
• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate information to clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Qualifications :

• Proven track record in sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one additional language.
• Experience or interest in the medical and/or beauty sector is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Salary Package :

• Base Salary: IDR 5,000,000 per month (including allowances, BPJS, etc.)
• High Commission: Commission payable based on sales performance, with a take-home pay of minimum IDR 15,000,000 to IDR 30,000,000 expected.
