Job Description
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the Indonesia market.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.Identify new business opportunities and explore potential partnerships to expand market presence.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient product distribution and availability.Provide market insights and feedback to contribute to product development and marketing strategies. The Successful Applicant Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG / Retail industry.Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and its dynamics.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Flexibility to work in a remote and dynamic environment.
