Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as :

• Develop New Market
• Create new customer or Expand customer base
• Maintain relationship with existing customer
• Achieve and then exceed assigned sales quota or target
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, explaining products and services to existing and prospective customers
• Plan, modify and propose products to meet customer needs
• Help customers solve problems with installed equipment
• Stay update to new products
• Site Visit : Office and Factory

This is a hybrid role where the Sales Engineer will work primarily in our Surabaya office with flexibility for remote work.

• Qualifications

Sales Engineering and Sales skills, with the ability to meet sales quotas

• Technical Support skills to provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers
• Communication skills to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Customer Service skills to provide excellent customer service and support
• Interpersonal skills, Organizational skills, Problem-solving skills, Negotiation skills, Technological skills, Self confidence, Willingness and ability to travel out of town, Ability to work in a high-stress sales environment and multitask
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in the power transmission industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Driving lisences : A or C
• Preferably have own vehicle
• Family Industry : Mining, Refinery, Oil and Gas, Pulp and Paper, Marine, Power Plant, Chemical Plant, Fertilizer, etc
• Minimum 3 years experience in industrial company and B2B sales
• Language : Indonesia and English
